Poster Presentation

Posters offer a flexible and visually engaging format to present your work, research, or ideas. Whether you missed the paper submission deadline or have a different project in mind, posters provide an excellent way to showcase your insights, findings, or ongoing work. Presenting a poster allows you to engage with the ServDes community, receive feedback, and contribute to the broader discussion on service design.

Poster Dimensions:

• A0 size (portrait or landscape orientation)

We invite posters that align with the ServDes 2025 conference themes and tracks. It should be advanced and high-quality poster submission of up to 2000 words (including abstract, tables, references, and figure captions). All submissions will undergo a review process to ensure they meet the conference’s standards. Based on the feedback from the review panel, selected posters will be invited for display during the conference. Final Poster is not required to submit during the poster proposal submission process by 1st June 2025. If you wish, you may provide the skeleton as part of the poster.

Important Deadlines:

• Poster Proposal Submission Deadline: 1st June 2025
  All poster submissions must be submitted by this date. Ensure your submission aligns with the conference themes and tracks.
• Poster Proposal Review & Selection Announcement: 15th August 2025
  After the review process, selected posters will be notified by this date and invited to present at the conference.
• Submit Camera-Ready Poster: 15th September 2025

Poster Display at ServDes 2025 Conference:

Posters will be displayed throughout the conference, providing an opportunity for in-person interaction and discussions with fellow designers, researchers, and participants.

Poster proposal can be upto 2000 words, with the following structure.

1. Title of the Poster: A concise, descriptive title that reflects the content of your presentation.
2. Theme of the Poster: Select the theme of your poster from the 11 themes listed for ServDes 2025.
3. Abstract: A brief summary (200-300 words) outlining the main topic, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of your research or project.
4. Keywords: 3-5 keywords that describe the content and help categorize your poster.
5. Authors and Affiliations: List of all authors and their institutional affiliations.
6. Poster Content (Draft):
   • Introduction/Background: The context or problem the research addresses.
   • Objectives: The specific aims or research questions.
   • Methods/Approach: A brief description of the research methodology.
   • Results: Key findings, with charts, graphs, or tables if necessary.
   • Conclusion: Insights, implications, or directions for future research.
